This razor has two cutting strips and a lubricating strip. As you increase the magnification, the sequence of images zooms into the cutting edge.

After the first 20 micron image in this series, the razor blade is tilted to change the angle of view.

The razor has been used for several weeks and is now blunted. The deposits on the blade are probably bits of skin and soap.

Try and estimate the width of the cutting edge of the blade, and then compare it with a human hair. You should also compare the blade with an unused new blade.
